Breaking News: Matt McFadden Leaves Program
Posted by TTHS on November 17th, 2006
After announcing he was taking some time off from the program, Matt McFadden has decided college basketball, at least at W&M, is not for him. McFadden is leaving the team for what was described as “personal reasons”. He will stay enrolled at the college, but I wouldn’t be shocked if he transfered at the end of the year.
What does this mean?
Well, it either means Adam Trumbower will play 5-10 minutes per game, or that AP or Nathan Mann will move back to point. A freshman in David Schneider cannot carry the entire load. I think the best option is Trumbower. Mann and Adam Payton at 2 is a combo I like.
I’ll have basketball and football previews up soon.
